The Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury having had under consideration the amended form for The Hong Kong Estimates as proposed by the Governor, which was transmitted under your letter of 3rd inst, I am directed to state, for the information of Earl Granville, that My Lords see no reason to object to the adoption of this new form.
